Founded in January 2019, Co-Pain has established itself as a cornerstone in the artisanal bread industry. Based on the island of Mallorca, the company embodies a strong commitment to quality, tradition, and sustainability. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Co-Pain not only survived but thrived, becoming a trusted partner for luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants.


Co-Pain’s philosophy is rooted in artisanal processes, the use of organic flour, and local production, highlighting traditional techniques such as long fermentation with natural sourdough.

Today, Co-Pain serves an exclusive clientele of 120 establishments, including prestigious names such as Hotel Can Ferrereta, Hotel Four Seasons, Hotel Finca Son Bunyola, Hotel Can Alomar, Hotel Cort, Fosh Catering, Grupo Chiringo, Grupo Ferrer Enjoy, Grupo Ombu, Grupo Vandal, Grupo Merchant, Badal Corner, among others.


With a rapidly expanding footprint, the company has extended beyond Mallorca to the neighboring islands of Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera.

HEALTH

Our priority: to offer healthy and nutritious bread.

This starts with a strict adherence to quality control, from the planting of the seeds to the final bake. Our flours come from organic farming, ground on stone mills, and stored in ventilated silos, with no pesticides.

For their production, we use a live natural sourdough, refreshed daily. This sourdough, combined with slow fermentation, allows us to create excellent bread, low in gluten, rich in living nutrients, and beneficial to health. The baking is carefully done in stone-deck ovens, ensuring an authentic and flavorful product.

HAUTE COUTURE

Our craft goes beyond artisanal expertise: we consider it as haute couture applied to baking.

Each recipe is conceived, created, measured, adjusted, and shaped to offer bespoke products, unique in flavor, color, and form. This attention to detail also allows us to offer our most demanding clients exclusive creations, perfectly tailored to their brand and identity.

MADE IN MALLORCA

Like most of our clients, we firmly believe that prioritizing short supply chains is essential to reduce our environmental impact. Consuming locally is an increasingly important requirement, especially for high-end establishments such as hotels and restaurants, whose clientele is becoming more and more sensitive to ecological issues.
